English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Real Estate / trust
English term or phrase: improvements
"All of the Trustor's interest in the real property and the ***improvements*** thereto which constitute the Trustor's real property known as xxx shall be transferred to XXX."

Black's Law Dictionary definiert "improvement" als "an addition to real property, whether permanent or not; esp. one that increases its value or utility or that enhances its appearance"

Was meint ihr?
