Asker: Thanks for your quick answer Arol.
Your proposed answer makes good sense for recovery taking place in markets i.e. recovery (increase) of prices.
I am, however, not yet fully convinced that it is the best term for my particular problem where - if I understand correctly - recovery is more ment in a sense of the real estate portfolio owner recovering costs as in "einziehen, eintreiben, etc."
Furthermore I don't quite understand the micro and macro aspects of it all.
Could you (or anyone else) please attempt to offer some more explanation.
