Property valuations in the UK continued to rise during the quarter, with the main IPD index increasing by 3.6%. Liquidity support for the market has begun to ease and, as a consequence, we expect yields to be flat in general, with a decline in some subsectors. Whilst ***prime stock*** should maintain values, secondary property values will continue to deteriorate, as rents come under further pressure.

Aufgrund des Kontextes habe ich hier dahingehend interpretiert dass mit "prime stock" eigentlich "prime quality, well-located buildings" gemeint sind. Macht das Sinn?

Vielleicht ginge es ja doch viel viel einfacher... nämlich mit "Immobilien in Toplagen" und "Immobilien in Nebenlagen".

prime stock = erstklassige Immobilien

secondery property = zweitklassige Immobilien
