es geht um eine Präsentation einer Liegenschaftsverwaltung, die hier eine Reihe von Risiken aufzählt, u.a. :
The issuer *may be unable to sell* the property at an optimal time.
Mir will keine treffende Formulierung dazu einfallen. Es handelt sich um ein ppt, daher wenig Platz.
