Aus einer pakistanischen Vollmachtsurkunde. Es geht um ein Erbe und die Verwaltung von Grundeigentum.

Beginn der Urkunde:
I do hereby appoint, nominate, constitute, ordain to xxx , who is our authorized representative in Pakistan, resident of ....... Pakistan, bearing National Identity Card No. xxxxxxxx as our true and law full General Attorney ++++to do the following acts++++ on our behalf regarding the property in Pakistan of address ......., Pakistan, which was purchased from xxx., through allotment certificate of Reg.xxxx.

Dann werden die einzelnen Handlungen vorgeführt:
To sign and verify plaints, written statements, petitions of claims and objection, ***memorandum of appeal*** and petitions and application of all kinds to file them in any such court or office.

Bin mir bei **memorandum of appeal** nicht sicher. Das Dokument ist recht schlampig erstellt/schlecht kopiert, ich verstehe nicht, warum memorandum im Singular ist, der Rest im Plural. Sonst müsste es ja memorandums oder memoranda sein.

Mein Übersetzungsentwurf bisher:
Klagen, schriftliche Erklärungen, Anträge auf Forderungen und Einspruch, **Einlegung von Berufung/Berufungsantrag***, Anträge und Ersuchen jeglicher Art unterzeichnen und beurkunden, um diese in jeglichem der genannten Gerichte oder Behörden einzureichen.

Es passt einfach nicht.
