Aus einer pakistanischen Vollmachtsurkunde. Es geht um ein Erbe und die Verwaltung von Grundeigentum.

Beginn der Urkunde:
I do hereby appoint, nominate, constitute, ordain to xxx , who is our authorized representative in Pakistan, resident of ....... Pakistan, bearing National Identity Card No. xxx xxx as our true and law full General Attorney to do the following acts on our behalf regarding the property in Pakistan of address ......., Pakistan, which was purchased from xxx (pvt) Ltd., through *allotment certificate* of Reg. No. xxx and Serial No. xxx on the name our brother and testator Late xxxx.

Dann werden die einzelnen Handlungen vorgeführt:
To apply/receive any document or duplicate of documents regarding ***allotment*** including ***allotment letter***, registration letter and any such document which may be needed on my behalf for any other department.

Ich verstehe nicht, was "allotment" hier bezeichnet. Allotment wird im Bereich Aktiengeschäft verwendet, aber auch als "Anteil von Gebäuden, Grundstücken". In Proz findet sich "land allotment" übersetzt mit "Gebäudeanteil". Ich tendiere zur 2. Variante. Von Aktien war in diesem Dokument sonst keine Rede. Stutzig machte mich allerdings das "allotment certificate" am Anfang der Vollmacht.

Hat jemand eine Vorstellung, worum es hier geht?

Explanation:
Zuweisungsurkunde. Könnte eine Besonderheit pakistanischen Rechts sein, aber etwas anderes ergibt keinen Sinn.
