Maybe that'll work for you - I have a condo (Eigentumswohnung) in Germany, and there is a "Teilungserklärung zur Begründung von Wohnungseigentum" in my files (just looked it up to be sure) - it's the declaration that converted the building to condos. |

| Grading comment vielen Dank, Ulrike. I have a Condo too (in CH) but that did not put me on the right track. Besides, we are talking COMMERCIAL CONDOMINIUM HERE. Therefore, I assume I will have to declare it as "Teilunserklärung zur Begründung von Raumeigentum"
