Explanation: Ich denke, es geht hier darum, dass nicht die gesamt Fläche (!) von Anfang an von der Vermietung betroffen ist, sondern gestaffelt erweitert wird, oder so...
Dazu passt auch, dass "rollover" mehrfach - wie von Heike erwähnt - im Zusammenhang mit "termination" zu finden ist.
