Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob "lease rollover" nicht auch noch weitere Bedeutungen haben kann, aber auf den meisten Sites scheint es doch in die Richtung Verlängerung des Mietvertrags zu gehen. Diese Verlängerung schließt allerdings neue Vertragsbedingungen mit ein.

Explanation:
Ich denke, es geht hier darum, dass nicht die gesamt Fläche (!) von Anfang an von der Vermietung betroffen ist, sondern gestaffelt erweitert wird, oder so...
Dazu passt auch, dass "rollover" mehrfach - wie von Heike erwähnt - im Zusammenhang mit "termination" zu finden ist.
(sitze gerade ebenfalls an einem Mietvertrag EN-DE)
