unter der Annahme, dass sich 'estimate' auch auf 'blended market face' rückbezieht (könnte 'face' ein Übertragungs- oder Schreibfehler für 'price' sein?)
Ich habe für blended *price* in anderem Zusammenhang schon Durchschnittspreis gefunden, daher mein Vorschlag.
