Es handelt sich um ein im Geschäft für die Angestellten aufzuhängendes Plakat, auf dem dazu aufgefordert wird, Ladendiebstahl durch besonders guten und intensiven Service am Kunden vorzubeugen. Zu "recovery statements" habe ich in Google folgendes gefunden:
"... We cannot straight up accuse a person of stealing, even if we see them doing it. We use recovery statements such as "do you want me to hold that shirt/pair of jeans/perfume(or whatever it is) at the register while you continue shopping?" ..."
Hat jemand eine Idee, wie man das im Deutschen bezeichnen könnte? Ich komme einfach auf keinen grünen zweig damit ...
