Risk log tracking ist allerdings nicht wirklich gängig, ich würde die beiden Begriffe issue tracking und risk log daher entweder getrennt übersetzen, oder einen anderen gemeinsamen Nenner suchen.
Damit wären wir wieder bei meinen ersten Einträgen ... Möglichkeiten sind z. B.: Verwaltung/Analyse der Problem- und Risikoregister
Statusnachverfolgung der Problem- und Risikoregister
Überwachung/Erfassung der Problem- und Risikomanagementfunktionen.

Explanation: Den Aufgaben nach ist der Herr Projektmanager, annahmegemäß für Software. In Projekten werden Probleme und Risiken für gewöhnlich in einer "open issues list" oder auch "log" zusammengefasst, damit man alles auf einen Blick hat. Diese Liste muss dann abgearbeitet/überwacht/ergänzt werden und ist Grundlage für Projektmeetings mit dem Kunden oder wird ggf. auch dem Lenkungsausschuss vorgelegt.
Habe aus Spaß mal gegoogelt - und siehe da, ein Projekthandbuch mit einem Kapitel zur "Offene Punkte Liste" (Bitte keine neue Dikussion zu Bindestrichen... in den Treffern sind die unterschiedlichsten Varianten...)

ooops - vergessen - was auch immer Du nimmst, es sollte "Liste" sein.
Als Bonus: "Identifikation von Gaps" bleit stehen. Den Tätigkeiten nach hätte der auch bei uns gearbeitet haben können, das sind alles typische Aufgaben. :-)
