Wenn ich diesen Vorschlag mache, so geschieht das, um darauf hinzuweisen, das "Prüfung", "Rechnungsprüfung" usw. auch festgelegte Termini sind und sehr hohe formale Anforderungen stellen. Sind hier wirklich institutionell die strengen Anforderungen einer Prüfung gegeben, oder ist es nur eine relativ schnelle Abstimmung (Vergleich der Wareneingangspapiere mit der Eingangsrechnung, abhaken, durchwinken). Wir wissen es nicht. Ich erwarte nicht, dass dieser Vorschlag gewählt wird, aber ich möchte doch alle Interesierten an diese Problematik erinnern.
