I don't have a picture but have googled the term and found hits (puck transducer). Would the term "Messwandlerhalter" be correct here?

"Messwandlerhalter" isn't quite correct - the puck is the package (usually hermetically sealed) containing the sensor element itself. You may add "puckförmig" to give the reader an idea of the shape of the sensor.
