English term or phrase: dropout pivot
The Horst-Link is supposed to modify the wheel path by taking the dropout pivot and locating it on the chainstay, in front of and below the rear dropout.

I get the concept, but can't find a suitable translation. Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!
