Es geht um einen Bewegungsablauf beim Bogenschiessen
unsicher bin ich mit dem "shoulder ball & socket joint",
obwohl der ganze Ablauf schwierig ist:

Back tension is the contraction of the drawing-side rhomboid, levator scapulae and trapezius muscles causing the draw-side shoulder blade to rotate and slide toward the spine in a micro movement. At the same time the drawing elbow rotates slightly about the shoulder ball & socket joint; in other words, the elbow moves perpendicular to the arrow in a plane that is tilted about thirty degrees to the horizontal.

Ich habe es mal so übersetzt: (klingt das vernünftig?)

Back tension ist die Kontraktion folgender zugseitiger Muskeln: Musculus rhomboideus major (großer rautenförmiger Muskel), Musculus levator scapulae (Schulterblattheber) und Musculus trapezius (Trapezmuskel). Deren Kontraktion bewirkt eine minimale Bewegung und Annäherung des zugseitigen Schulterblattes Richtung Wirbelsäule. Gleichzeitig dreht sich der Zugellenbogen geringfügig über das Schulter-Kugelgelenk; anders ausgedrückt, der Ellenbogen bewegt sich senkrecht zum Bogen in einer Ebene, die ungefähr 30 Grad von der horizontalen abweicht.
