English term or phrase: fast-burned descent
Comment from a mountain biking enthusiast:

The 90km descent from the Sierra Nevada mountains to the coast is one of my best ever riding trips—really challenging, both physically and technically, with fast-burned descents, rocky chutes and switchbacks

rasante Talfahrt
Explanation:

Thanks. I also asked another English speaker who confirmed that fast burned just simply means very fast.

schnelle Abfahrt mit ausgefahrener Spur

Explanation:
Antwortsicherheit niedrig weil:

Burned in = eingefahren/ausgefahren

There are corners with big ruts in them, like this one right here, you need to be able to asses whether or not you want to be in the rut that's burned in or be in the fresh grass on the inside.

After a few tweaks to last years improved course, the course this year brought fun back into the downhill racing in Crested Butte. This year’s race was even more **burned in**, fast and flowed better.
