Hallo!

Ich habe hier ein paar Schuhe, deren hochgezogene Sohle zusätzlichen Halt bieten soll "during exercises like push-ups and planks".
Nun bin ich nicht der große Sportler und kann mir unter "planks" weder etwas vorstellen, noch habe ich was gefunden.

Hat jemand eine Idee?
