English term or phrase: inflation box
This is a part or an accessory of a nitrogen generator, comes up in the appendix to a contract regarding these nitrogen generators. The entire "sentence" reads: "Inclusive accessories and [generator brand name] Inflation Box with accessories." Given that Inflation Box is capitalised, I have the sneaking suspicion that it might just be a company-specific term for whatever this thing is ... or is there in fact a proper translation?
German translation:Füllkammer / Aufblaskammer/ Schwellkammer
I think it is a kind of closed vessel where the generated nitrogen is introduced before beeing either further compressed or liquified.
Inflation means that the pressure rises. (to inflate = aufblasen, füllen, schwellen lassen).
Expansion means that the pressure decreases, this is why I disagree with Sharon. (However, she is right when she says that cooling is obtained by gaz expansion).

Thank you both for bothering to answer, but - to be quite honest -, neither answer really convinced me (this is why it took me so long to grade them).
