Gibt's wieder nicht... Explanation: Mit "power selection" ist meist die Möglichkeit gemeint, die Primärspannungsversorgung des Netzteils von 230 auf 110 Volt umzustellen. Aber 'nen "DIMM Power Selection Header" gibt's nicht. (Oder das Ding wurde gestern Nacht erst erfunden.) ;) |

DIMM (Stromversorgungs)Spannungs Auswahl (Titel) Explanation: DIMM können mit 3,3 V oder 5 V versorgt werden und das seit mehre Jahren :-) und header zeigt sicherlich an das es sich um ein Titel handelt. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-07-03 09:04:28 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Mit meinen \"Titel\" bin Ich also falsch. Header dürfte eine Pfostenleiste sein, also eine Reihe von Pin-Paaren, (sieht dann so aus - ::::::), von denen ein Paar gebrückt wird ::::!:.) Pfostenleiste ist die "offizielle" Bezeichnung, mir fällt im Moment auch keine andere dafür ein. |

Spannungsauswahl-Sockel Explanation: The Mini-Robo-Mind also uses diode protection via D3. This feature is an absolute must when supplying boards to end users who will eventually hook up the power backwards. An ounce of prevention.... In early prototypes, the regulator was mounted vertically. Laying it down is a dramatic design improvement. Way to go Mark! The power input P11 in conjunction with the power selection header JP2 offer the reader access to the onboard regulator or the option to supply a pre-filtered +5VDC supply. The image to the left shows Mark's commitment to use of the MRM332 as an embedded robot controller. J2 & J5 are both set up to provide special access to an alternate power supply for use with servo motors on these two special servo motor connectors. P22 is a port provided to bring in the extra power connection for the servo ports. Features like these keeps the processor power supply clean from the noise fed back down the power lines from large inductive loads and once again highlights Mark's forethought in setting up this PCB. In diesem Artikel wird sehr viel von "header" und "header pins" gesprochen. Dabei handelt es sich vermutlich um Sockel. Jedenfalls ist das die Übersetzung laut Ernst "Wörterbuch der industriellen Technik" "Power" ist die Leistung. "Power Supply" meint Stromversorgung. "Power Selection" ist im Wörterbuch nicht enthalten, könnte aber die Auswahl unter verschiedenen Spannungen mittels Brücken (Jumper) oder Schaltern bedeuten. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-07-03 09:06:07 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Der von Klaus Herrmann gefundene Ausdruck Pfostenleiste könnte auch statt Sockel benutzt werden.
