Loctite ist ein Klebstoffhersteller. Es gibt ein vergleichbares deutsches Präparat namens Uhu Schraubensicher. Das ist ein Kleber zum zusätzlichen Sichern von Schraubverbindungen o. ä. gegen Lockern durch Vibrationen o. Ä. Die Schraubverbindung lässt sich durch Drehen trotz des Klebers wieder lösen, lockert sich aber nicht von selber.

LOCTITE Schraubensicherungen

Zuverlässig und in ihrer Wirkung unübertroffen! Schrauben, Muttern, Stehbolzen werden wirkungsvoll, ohne zusätzliche Sicherungen, gegen Losdrehen gesichert. LOCTITE wird flüssig aufgetragen und härtet nach der Montage unter Luftabschluß aus. Das Gewinde wird nicht durch Korrosion zerstört - Schrauben rosten nicht fest! Dabei werden die Schrauben dort gesichert, wo das Losdrehen beginnt. Stoppt Undichtigkeiten und Korrosion im Gewinde. Einsetzbar bis +150 C.

Loctite is a regular German term and I've come across it in various car service manuals.
However, I think it should be simply 'Loctite Nr.5', leaving out the 'Produkt'
