a bit of an answer Explanation: Here is Microsoft's definition of cluster-unaware: cluster-unaware application An application that can run on a node and be managed as a cluster resource but has no inherent knowledge of its environment. Cluster-unaware applications function the same regardless of whether they are running on a node in a server cluster or on a non-clustered system. http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/psdk/mscs/cs_gloss_7erd.ht... Brinkmann, Datentechnik, offers Endian-aware (Dp) / endian-sensitiv adj Maybe you can borrow the "sensitiv" from that and use a term like "nicht cluster-sensitiv" - however, I didn't get any hits on "cluster sensitiv". The other option might be to use the English term (in IT always a viable option) and possibly offer a brief explanation in parens. HTH. |
