this is a more informal version - see if it fits your context. It used to be "auf die Nerven gehen", and has now been turned into a verb - as in "du nervst" = "you annoy me", with a definite hint towards 'stop bugging me'...

ärgern would also be appropriate, as someone else wrote. However, if you're translating a dialogue or something like that, then "du ärgerst mich" sounds rather artificial, whereas "du nervst" is fine.
