Explanation:
Ernst has "lifetime lubrication" = Lebensdauer-Schmierung.
So "Lebensdauer" exists as a viable term. "Engineering" could be "Konstruktion" but I think "Entwurf" (design) or "Konstruktionsentwurf" (structural design) would be more applicable.

I am not sure if there is a more professional expression for this.
