Tech/Engineering / lithographic ink composition
English term or phrase: otticita oil
from a list of possible oils usable as ingredients for a lithographic ink composition.

I couldn't find the slightest hint about this. May be it's a typo?

German translation:Oiticica Öl
Explanation:
[*Oticia * given by Wenske Chemical Dictionary for *oticia*. ]

Oiticica Oil grows wild and only grows in Brazil. Oiticica Oil finds limited use as a substitute for Tung Oil or Linseed Oil when the price of either of these products prohibit their use. Oiticica Oil is much darker in color and is susceptible to transforming into a pasty, semi-solid state at room temperature. This requires heating prior to use.
