na | Rollenschneider mit gekapselter Spindel |

Rollenschneider mit gekapselter Spindel Explanation: This looks like a "selfmade term", which makers sometimes create. A hint to this fact are the quotes. Therefore you will not find a standard term. Slitters (Rollenscheider (or Schlitzmaschine) are used to cut long rolls of flat material (paper, vinyl, etc.) in shorter pieces, by either unrolling the material, cutting it and roll it up again or by cutting the whole roll. "packed arbor", means that the spindel with the circular cutting knife is contained in a housing ("gekapselt" is a frequently used term for this setup) Godd luck and greetings from Japan JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) dictionary, Ernst, Wrterbuch der Reference: http://intermach.com/ |
