"reinforced concrete" ist Stahlbeton bzw. bewehrter Beton. Für "cellular concrete" habe ich "Gasbeton" und "Porenbeton" als Synonyme gefunden.

Also: Sowohl für Fundamente als auch Fußböden/Decken wird bewehrter Porenbeton verwendet.
