Ich verstehe delivery hier im Sinn von Lieferung und heat-shrink als "Wärmeschrumpffolie".

Das würde also heißen: Wenn eine Lieferung in Wärmeschrumpffolie als Verpackungsmaterial gewünscht ist, sind... nicht geeignet.
