It seems that phenolyic is a (rare?) variant spelling of phenolic; cf. www.2spi.com/catalog/spec_prep/metall2c.html
which uses both. None of my chemical dictionaries nor my plastics dictionary list phenolyic, but all do list phenolic in various compounds.
