"E-learning technology allows information to be packaged in a more accessible, customized, learner-centric format."

Kundenzentrisch, datenzentrisch, etc., have already made their way into German, and I'm wondering if anyone has run across a term for "learner-centric" yet.

As the learners in this case are mostly employees who are being trained in various IT technologies and applications, I don't want to use a term like schülerzentrisch or studentenzentrisch. Lernendenzentrisch sounds (and looks) perfectly atrocious. My solution so far has been to use "teilnehmerzentrisch", but I was wondering if someone has come across another term that I might not have found (Google came up practically empty) or thought of.

Explanation:
Kundenzentrisch as well as datenzentrisch, both sound aweful enough to me as they just look like mere one to one "transfers" rather than real and good translations. My Proposal therefore is
"lernerorientiert" for "learner-centric".

A translation then would be:

E-learning Technologien erlauben es, Informationen in einem zugänglicheren, kunden- und lernerorientierten Format anzubieten. (zu präsentieren)

Explanation:
Zwar nicht als existierend bewiesen, aber manchmal muß man doch sogar erfinden.
Es geht ja hier um eine Konstruktion des Lernpaketes, die das Lernen erleichtert. Deshalbe meine ich, daß 'lernzentrisch' die Vorteile des Pakets gut ausdruckt.

Explanation:
Both of the above do give some interesting hits on Google, and Andreas suggestion also gives sites. I would lean towards "studentenorientiert" as being a slightly more usual term. The other ones sounds a little forced.
