The term is used in the context of compressed air manufacture. It does clearly not refer to air quality audits, which I guess would be "Luftreinheitspruefung" or similar.

The context is as follows:
" Starting with a walk through you facility we build a comprehensive picture of you air needs. We take a look at the air you need and the air you waste including:
energy conservation problems and opportunities, current compressed air system configuration, air usage, air leakage, air quality, flow and pressure needs."

Any help with this term would be appreciated.

Since your context onlyt speaks of copmpressed azir installations and use, "Luftreinheitspruefung" would make it seem as if you are doing an environmental check. Your context only speaks of the pressurized air system, the use made of air, leakages etc. So "purity" or "quality" does not seem to have anything to do with it.
"Gesamtüberprüfung" anyway would cover all aspects, even the quality or purity.
