The more commonly used term is "Fallstudie" (27,000+ hits for Fallstudie vs. 660+ hits for Fallgeschichte). If it fits in with your overall context, I'd use Fallstudien.
Cisco has a new e-zine called Global iQ (in 4 languages, plus English); its German version also contains "Fallstudien".
