Heckablageblech
Explanation:
My first instinct was "Ablage" or maybe "Heckablage" - you know, that shelf under the rear window of a sedan.

However, Schmitt, Kfz-Technik, says Heckablageblech, and gives the following definition: "A deep-drawn steel panel fitted horizontally behind the rear set backrest of notchback sedans to support the plastic or foam mdling that makes up the rear shelf from the outside."

Excellent!! Since I don't know whether this is actually plastic or metal, I will just call it Heckablage. Many thanks to both answerers.
