English term or phrase: high premium fuel oil
fuel oil = Schweröl - I'm just wondering whether "high premium" has a more specific meaning here than just "erstklassig". Ernst and Eurodicautom were of no help.

hochgradiges Schweröl
Explanation:
I would definitely go with hochgradig, since the quality of fuel is generally given in grades.

"Amazing fuel additive that turns any #2 fuel oil into premium grade."

I understand it as a quality classification.

For premium ~ petrol {or} gas, (Brit, US) Super nt, Superbenzin nt

qualitativ hochwertig, qualitativ höchstwertig

Explanation:
I agree with Danhart that this is a classification, but I do not think that it is an official one, because "high premium" is a pleonasm - premium is already the highest grade. So don't be shy to use a general term.

If it is diesel, you could also try "hochlegiertes ..."
