Geht es hier um das Smartphone Mio A701?
Auf der Herstellerseite habe ich gefunden:

Auf dieser Seite kann man auch Manuals zu diesem Gerät herunterladen (siehe Rubrik Manuals -> A701 Software Manual)
In dem englischen Manual steht:
"PhoneCity gives you a glance of the current time in five different cities. ..... By default, five standard-style clocks appear on the screen."
In der deutschen Variante:
"PhoneCity ermöglicht Ihnen, die aktuelle Uhrzeit in fünf unterschiedlichen Städten mit einem Blick zu erfassen. ..... Fünf Uhren in Standardansicht werden auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt".
Also es handelt sich um ein Programm(Anwendung), das früher extra installiert werden musste, und mit dem Firmware-Upgrade in das Telefon integriert wird.
