"self-care"bedeutet hier, dass der Kunde - auf einer entspr. Webseite" - siene Angelegenheiten selbs regeln kann, also keinen Techniker oder Kundenbetreuer braucht. Auf diese Weise kann er beispielsweise Dienste selbst anfordern, ohne erst Antrag stellen und auf die Bereitstellung warten zu müssen.
Als Lösung hier würd eich so etwas wie "Selbstverwaltungs-Portal" oder "S.-Webseite" nehmen, der Kunde ist darin impliziert und kann entfallen.
Oder: Selbstverwaltungs-Webseite/-portal für den Kunden;
