OK, da steht a word of mouth, kann also von der Kernbedeutung her NICHT das sein was ich vorschlage - dafür wäre ein bestimmter Artikel notwendig. Aber dann wäre meins zumindest noch als recht freie Übersetzung in Abwandlung von wörtlich "eine Empfehlung" -> "Empfehlungen" möglich.
