Thinking of the differences between SOHO, SMB and large corporate customers which of these demand the most attention for service improvements? Please specify in as many words as possible'
Antwort
Mainly in the SOHO and SMB simplification and easy processes. Systems are in many cases an obstacle, we need an improvement in the integration of the systems and 3rd parties. This would be the main benefit for large corporate, the network needs also a better integration with business and BSS processes.

Ulrike MacKay: yep! und bleibt im allgemeinen (bzw. bei entsprechenden fachsprachlichen Texten) auch im Deutschen so // ups! ja, mit "bleibt so" meinte ich "wie in der Fragestellung", also "SOHO"... ;-))

Christian Werner-Meier: SMB sind dann Small und Medium Business, glaube ich. Man kann die Akronyme so stehen lassen, oder etwa zu "Heimanwender/Kleinunternehmen, mittelständische Industrien und Großunternehmen" aufdröseln - ist halt nur für Fließtext geeignet, weil sperrig
