Autsch... bevor ich eins auf die Mütze bekomme... da gehört noch ein Bindestrich hinter Vertriebs.... also "Vertriebs- und Budget-Verantwortung"

Explanation:
P&L steht für "profit and loss", also Gewinn und Verlust. Ich würde aber Ergebnisverantwortung wählen, da der Begriff beides umfasst und gängiger scheint. Budgetverantwortung greift hier m.E. nicht weit genug. Auch würde ich "sales" statt mit Vertrieb eher mit Umsatz übersetzen.

Hintergrund:
Unternehmen übertragen im Rahmen von dezentralen Profitcenterorganisationen die Ergebnisverantwortung oft an regionale Manager. Diese haben dann nicht nur Umsatzverantwortung, sondern eben die Verantwortung für das Gesamtergebnis. Denn trotz tollen Umsätzen kann man ja auch zu viele Ausgaben haben und damit Verlust machen. Genau das soll unterbunden werden.
