Explanation:
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Definitionen deckungsgleich sind, aber sowohl ein article (1. Link) als auch ein Erzeugnis sind mehr durch ihre Funktion als durch ihre chemische Zusammensetzung definiert (2. Link, sinngemäß vom Seite 3 zitiert), mit dem praktischen Effekt, keine gefahrstoffmäßige Einstufung vornehmen und ein MSDS verfassen zu müssen.
