Tech/Engineering - Textiles / Clothing / Fashion / Nähanleitung | | English term or phrase: Satzverständnis | Center beading over bands *and have edge of beading along pressed under edge* of sleeve.
Es geht um das Anbringen einer Borte über einem Band, das bereits am Kleidungsstück angenäht ist. Aber ich verstehe nicht, was da wohin gebügelt werden soll. Auch auf dem zugehörigen Bild kann ich das nicht erkennen. Besonders das "along" irritiert mich.

Ich stelle mir z.B. eine Bluse vor, bei der eine Perlenborte (= beading) an der unteren Ärmelkante angebügelt wird, so dass die Perlen unter dem Stoff aus dem Ärmel herausschauen.
Klingt doch ganz schick, oder? Leider auch nur fast geraten.... |
