I need the German word for "chinese buttons".
Unfortunately this is from a list of fashion styles, so no furhter context. I have found a number of pictures of chinese buttons on google images, but I just can't think of a German word for it. Everything I tried and its variations (chinesische Knöpfe, geknotete Knöpfe, Bortenknöpfe, Stoffknöpfe) came up with "no results" or something different.

Explanation:
Ich habe die Bezeichnung "Knotenknöpfe" gefunden. Diese geflochtenen Knöpfe sind ja nicht zwingend rund.

chinesischer (Knoten-)Verschluss


Explanation:
es handelt sich dabei nicht um einen Knopf aus festem Material, sondern eher um einen Knoten aus Schnur oder Band, der zum Verschließen benutzt wird. Es gibt in China, die Kunst Knoten zu knüpfen (zhong guo jie)!
