A three meal specialty restaurant, two private dining rooms, The Bar, a fitness center , Spa and outdoor and indoor swimming pool.

Geht es da um Drei-Gang-Menues oder ist das ein Spezialitaeten Restaurant wo nur 3 Menus gekocht werden?

Explanation:
Mein Vorschlag - und dann irgendwie logisch in die Aufzählung Satz einbauen.

"Ganztägig geöffnet" könnte nicht der Realität entsprechen, wenn es zwischendurch schliesst.
"Vollpension" ist auch etwas anderes, es bedeutet gleichzeitig einen Preiserlass auf die Summe der einzelnen Mahlzeiten, wenn man Vollpension von vornherein bucht, ausserdem ist man als Gast auf bestimmte Menüs oder auf ein Büfett beschränkt.

Explanation:
Man bekommt also Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen (3 x 1 = 3 meals). So würde ich das verstehen.

Andererseits heißt es ja nur, dass man da Vollpension bekommen *kann*, nicht dass man das automatisch auch muss... Man könnte noch ein "Auf Wunsch" davor setzen, dann wäre das deutlicher.

Explanation:
As the only ENS awake today - or so it seems - this is my reading. As noted elsewhere, the three meals are probably of a quality of which the hotel is rightly proud, and if you don't eat there as part of a "Vollpension" Aufenthalt, you'll very likely eat infinitely more cheaply - and I didn't necessarily mean better - at the local Greek, Italian, Turkish and so on.

agree  Brigitte Keen-Matthaei: Allerdings würde ich Drei-Menü-Spezialitätenrestaurant schreiben. "Meal" can very well mean "Menü". Meal is Mahlzeit and who's to say how many courses this "meal" comprises. Your client must provide proper info if he expects professional work.
