But then, Rome also has REAL "trolleys" - the "trollino", which trundle about 2 km into the actual centre using batteries, and wires outside that range. And they are as big as the "bendy-buses" in use almost all over the world.
I wish someone could tell me: are these REALLY "wireless trolleybuses"? I haven't been able to find out anything from the web - looking in the wrong place? Try Rome for "mini-electric buses"; I suspect these are just a (much!)larger version of those.
You're right, it doesn't need any more definition; but is America going off on its own? They are now calling drahtlose O-Busse "trolleys"; (rail-less) cable-cars "Aerial trams" - what the **** are they going to think up for planes?
