agree  BrigitteHilgner: klingt für mich ansprechender als "der gehobenen Klasse", auch wenn die "gehobene Klasse" im Tourismus sehr gern verwendet wird.

oder elegantes Abendrestaurant...falls "Nobelrestaurant" (das ich persönlich mit sehr anspruchsvoller Küche in Verbindung bringe) nicht ganz so gut in deinen Kontext passen sollte.
