Explanation:
Wäre eine Möglichkeit, wenn man nicht überhaupt "Pop-up" schreiben will, das heute wohl jedermann versteht. Der Begriff "Arretierung" ist m.E. zu allgemein. Natürlich ist es eine "Arretierung".

Jetzt sehe ich den Pleonasmus: "nach oben hoch". Also "Hochschnellendes Teil" oder "Nach oben schnellendes Teil".
