English term or phrase: dangerous goods note
Am writing a textbook on Commercial English (bias towards British English) for non-native speakers (students etc.) and have got to the bit on shipping documents. For the glossary, I now need a translation for "dangerous goods note" (DGN), the document sent instead of a standard shipping note when the cargo to be transported is classified as hazardous. Can anyone help?
Another quick question: is "Kontrolleur" really the best translation for "tallyman" (the guy who supervises the laoding of the cargo onto the vessel)?
Thanks in advance! :-)

auch \"ADR-Schein\" (we had this query here not long ago and this my answer, which was chosen)

Gefahrzettel is also ued, but ADR-Schein is the most precise, while Gefahrgutbegleitschein is the most \"German\" term.
