Explanation:
Pfahlzug
Der Pfahlzug ist bei Schleppern das Hauptmerkmal und beschreibt die Zugleistung eines Schleppers. Der Pfahlzug wird durch einen Test ermittelt, bei dem ein Schlepper an einem Poller ( engl. bollard) bei einer bestimmten Wassertiefe, ohne Strömung und in einer bestimmten Distanz zum Kai festgemacht wird. Zwischen der Schleppleine und dem Poller wird eine Meßeinheit installiert, die den Pfahlzug des Schleppers mißt. Das Ergebnis des Tests wird in einem Pfahlzug-Zertifikat von der Klassifikationsgesellschaft bestätigt.
