Ich stelle heute irgendwie nur Fragen, die "ultraleicht" klingen müssen, aber ich bin mir hier nicht ganz sicher:

Es geht um eine Kundenzufriedenheitsanalyse eines Logistikunternehmens.
Hier um Projektmanager und die Einschätzung ihrer Qualitäten.
Textauszug:
"How well have the Project Managers met your expectations regarding the following criteria:
-committed to the project
-deliver results when promised
-***manage against the agreed plan***

Heißt das hier so viel wie: "Treffen auch mal Entscheidungen, die nicht mit dem abgesprochenen Plan übereinstimmen" (also "gegen" den Plan)
oder ist das hier : "arbeiten nach dem erstellten Plan"
? (das Gegenteil)

Weiter im Text kommt das nochmal vor, aber etwas anders:
(das Unternehmen)
"delivers against the committed date" -
bin mir hier nicht sicher welche Bedeutung das "against" hier hat...
