Aus "Shipping, packing and marking instructions":

For *equipment and materials* imported into the P.R.C. the shipping terms shall be FCA.

Leider weiß ich nicht, um welche Gegenstände es sich hier handelt. Bisher habe ich mich für "Geräte und Materialien" entschieden, überlege jetzt aber, ob ich nicht besser "Teile und Materialien", "Ausrüstungsgegenstände und Materialien" sage. Kommt im Text häufig vor.

Geräte und Materialien / Güter

Explanation:
Eigentlich kann man "equipment and materials" zum schönen Begriff "Güter" zusammenfassen (denn nichts anderes als Importgüter sind ja hier gemeint).

Sonst tendiere ich zu "Geräte und Materialien", da alles, was kein Gerät ist, von Materialien aufgefangen wird und alle anderen Begriffe, wie Ausrüstung, Anlagen, Einrichtung, Ausstattung oder auch Teile, meiner Ansicht nach zu unspezifisch ist und die Bedeutung von equipment nicht so richtig trifft.
