vielleicht wäre das eine Alternative, denn bei "joints" können soweit ich weiß sowohl Nahtstellen, die mit Klebeband verschlossen werden, als auch Steckverbindungen gemeint sind, mit denen manche Kartons versandfertig zusammengesteckt werden.
